I put this collection of running training resources together ahead of the Eastleigh 10k Race. I need to get fit enough to run a continuous 10K fast. (Five of us from work are running to raise funds for Cancer Research, feel free to sponsor us using the Just Giving widget at the bottom of the page). Runners World's "The Perfect 10K" article covers varying traing needs, from an emergency plan through to a full 8 week training schedule. There's a list of common 10K run problems, with some great solutions. There's also a full Q and A section. |
